To make this short and sweet, a buy filed a complaint that their item was not as described. They received the item and claim it is fake. I escalated the case to PayPal and they said the buyer could return the item and when I receive it they will refund the buyer the money. The funds have been held for 2 weeks already. The buyer uploaded a bogus tracking number: (I shipped to US address)
Shipment company: Korea Post EMS
Tracking number: 101010101010100
First number they uploaded 2 weeks ago was 1111111111111 and I never received the item returned to me.
Since I will probably never receive the item back, will PayPal just hold my money indefinitely?
They buyer all along has demanded immediate refund stating, "I mailed it today. refund me now, immediately."
In my opinion they are trying to get a refund but never return the item.

Buyer is normally given a certain period of time to provide tracking that proves you got the item back and if they don't then you should get your funds released.
