Hello,
So I've been trying to become verified in last month and paypal doesnt help me at all, i keep getting always the same answer that it has to be a bill including name etc... blah blah blah. Already told them that I dont really have any bills and that I got my second paypal account verified without these and still nothing. Even showed them an agreement and post letter including everything they ask. My drivers licence is used as proof of identity aswell... Im desperate, no idea what I can do, any advices? Is there a chance to transfer my money to account that is verified?
