Banned For Being a Minor 3 Years Ago

I have never before wanted to bash my head into a wall as much as I do right now.

I contacted the PayPal message center and informed them that "Hey! I'm 19 now, I'd like to be unbanned from PayPal haha thanks!". I waited a week for their response which was, "Oh no, it appears you were banned for signing up when you were underaged. Please contact us when you're 18 for more help."

This is when the anger started to set in. It made me realize they replied to me without even reading my response.

Nevertheless, I replied to this message as well, once again informing them that "Yeah.. I'm actually 19. I told you guys that in my first message. I'm ready to provide any documents necessary."

Then they sent me on a wild goose chase. They told me they'd be able to better help me over the phone, and I should click a "Call us" link that no longer exists on PayPal's pages. The Contact Us page also says that they can't help over the phone with account limitations, please use the message center. (Haha! Wow why didn't I think of that- OH WAIT!).

I disregarded that message and decided to google PayPal's support number (because it's weirdly nowhere on their site...) and got sent through the bot labyrinth. I stated I was there for account imitates, I was told to resolve my issues in the Disputes center, which is empty. *sigh* At this point, I am seriously considering slamming my head into my desk.

I sent a message back through the message center informing them of my troubles. If this next email is also generic and unhelpful, I will punch my computer screen.

What else can I do?
