On 11/11/19 I ordered a folding gym treadmill from Bangood. On 24 Dec 19 I received it. I found that from the description while it was explicitly stated that an armrest was included to hold it was not in the package. I contacted them, admitted their mistake and offered me a refund of 30 euros. I of course refused as the reason I bought this product was that it included armrest. Then they offered me 30 euros and some points, so I opened a dispute on PayPal. Paypal suggested we find a solution. Finally they offered me a 50% refund. However, when I emailed them about the reason for the refund being delayed, I was told that the reason was that their system saw that the dispute was still open and that I had to trust them and close the dispute. Immediately afterwards they would refund. I've closed the dispute and after 4 days still nothing. No Refund. I emailed them and they replied:
We truly understand how frustrated you are when you receive the refund in the estimated time as we said. For this situation, please accept our sincere apology.
After checking, we find that the delay is caused by the negligence of our staff. We have pushed them to do the refund already. Please kindly wait for another few times.
Thank you for your kind understanding, and if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.
Should I worry? If they don't refund the money, what can I do?
Thank you

If you had to close a case to get a refund then it would be pointless opening one.
NEVER close a dispute / claim until you have a refund.
If the seller issued a refund then that would close the dispute automatically.
If he doesn't escalate to a claim.
Do not close it or he can ignore you and you can't open a second dispute OR re-open a closed one.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
