I order items from supplier in China, supplier never send over items to my orders from Ebay and Amazon. I had to return all funds that i collected from mu customers because supplier never shipped items. I opened a 7 dispute cases, 5 of them was in my favor and 2 with big amount was denied. Now i have 10 days to appeal, but i do not see an appeal link. Please help me to understand how i can correctly make an appeal for my closed cases.
