I sold a pair of boots Dec 5. Got the funds released and then Dec 10 buyer reported boots were stolen after delivery. She filed a return request. After calling EBay was told it was not my responsibility to refund buyer. EBay ended up refunding her and charging me. I appealed. My appeal was granted but EBay has not refunded me. I have called both eBay and PayPal repeatedly. EBay says they will rectify the situation, but so far still negative balance on my Pay Pal account. Pay Pal says they cannot help me and it’s up to EBay. Anyone else ever have this issue? Now Pay Pal has sent me a collection email
