Appeal an Appeal?? Buyer did receive my goods - I have proof

Hi, appealed & provided a courier link & photo evidence to show my buyer had received his goods, paypal still found in his favour - £310 down, very upset teenager - can I appeal an appeal?

Paypal take no notice of photos or links, the only way to prove receipt of item is when any tracking number viewable online shows as delivered to the buyer + 1 day as long as you used one of Paypals supported carriers.

the link was to DPDs actual website - & delivery showed as confirmed

whatever they are paying Paypals "investigation" team is 100% too much, pretty sure they did nothing
