I recently ordered a Blue Driver on hototin.com when their ad popped up while doing a search on bing.com. It was priced 30% lower than anywhere on the internet and since the price was so good I went ahead ordered it. When I discovered the next day searching online that the site was a fraud, I immediately reported it to PayPal. I also contacted Citi, the credit card I used to pay for the transaction, and they issued me a conditional credit for the dispute in the entire amount that I had paid. Hototin has no working phone number, no working email, and they do not send you an affirmation after you make an order. It is a shame that a deceitful company like this is allowed to continue to do business ripping people off. If it sounds too good to be true. . .
