An authorized transaction has been closed and I lost all my Paypal

Dear community, I recently have a trade with a person through other website named Paxful. i sell BTC to get money from him. After he made a payment, I released BTC to him. But unfortunately, after one day, he made an " unauthorized transaction" through Paypal and all my money came out. They said that it's closed in favor of the buyer. How can I do to report this problem to his bank account and said that I shipped the service to him. How can I get back my paypal payment. Please help me.

An unauthorised transaction means that an account holders Paypal account was hacked and used without their consent by your ?buyer.
If Paypal check IP addresses etc and find in favour of the account holder then of course they are reimbursed.

However you would not lose out either as long as you met ALL the requirements of seller protection, unfortunately digital/virtual transactions are not covered.
