Hello! I have an Air BnB booked in Sydney! There is now a COVID-19 outbreak there and I can’t go as my state isn’t letting me out! The airbnb is not offering a full refund! This is crazy as I can’t legally get there. Can Paypal help get my money back as this is unusual circumstances?
Isn't that what travel insurance is for? Not sure paypal will cover you for it but you can try opening a dispute for ''service not supplied'' and see what happens?
