Adding infomation to a disputed payment

I raised a dispute about non receipt of an item i had ordered from a supplier. I know have more information that I want to add to the case. I would like to send a picture to the "resolution Center" How?

I'm guessing since there's no answer here that there is no way to add information to a claim? Once you submit it, that's it?

The dispute stage is when you can provide information to paypal on the dispute.

Once escalated to a claim then you can only provide information if paypal send you a request to do so and provide a link.

Other than that contact customer services and ask if they can add information to your claim for you?
