Account was banned how do I receive refunds?

Hi 

My PayPal account was recently banned for me being under 18 when I started it. I also recently returned a £600 iPad for a refund, how will I now receive this refund with the account banned?

If you funded your original paypal payment via a card or from your bank account then you should still get your refund as it would automatically go back to that card or bank account.

However if you want to check contact cus.ser.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
