I sent the wrong documents when paypal asked me to verify my account. Now, it says I cannot use my paypal acct anymore in receiving and sending payment. I can still view my balance but I cannot withdraw nor use any bank that I linked in my acct anymore
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
