So, this year after all things that have happened due to COVID19 I decided to purchase a gaming computer directly from DELL (I trustworthy brand I should believe).
After using my preferred payment method (PayPal) to pay around 2.500 USD and having the confirmation from both DELL and Paypal, I got an email from Paypal saying that my account was being suspended because of a High-Risk purchase, so that made me a High-Risk customer.
I tried appealing this because makes no sense to me that after more than 10 years using Paypal and never having any issues with the account, I suddenly get banned for life for buying a computer from an American Company. The response was that this was final.
So basically I have 0 hopes of getting back my account, but I wanted to understand why this happened, because makes no sense to me, after being a great no complaint no issue customer for so many years, and from one big purchase, I get banned.
Thanks for your kind guidance
