Account restricted yet nothing to be fixed

Hello there!

My account got restricted due to a debit I had to solve. The debit was solved and I have nothing left pending to pay, still my account is restricted and the only thing to be fixed is the negative balance (which is not there anymore). If I try to send money to fix the supposed negative balance, it tells me it is not possible since there is no amount corresponding to that negative balance (since there is no negative balance in the first place, see where this is going? xD). Now, I am not able to contact someone from Paypal, and yet everything is restricted on my account. How can I unblock this circle? I need to use my Paypal account.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
