Account resticted without reason

My account have been restricted for months now. I did all tasks that PayPal required me to do, but they never contacted me about it. There is money on my account and I can’t transfer it which is very good frustrating. I contacted PayPal 8 times (?!) and every time they promised me to get back and that the reason my account is blocked, is that there is a fault in the system. The service is terrible and don’t know what to do anymore. Because of the virus it’s not possible to reach them by phone which is absurd for such a big company. Has anyone have this happen before?
