My account was permanently limited today after receiving payments for Covid rapid test kits I sell through my professional consulting and services company website to my member physicians (I am a licensed MD and have a valid LLC and resale certificate for CA business).
I do not see how this is in violation of any acceptable use that I am reading in the legal description of same.
When I attempt to inquire or appeal the decision through Paypal messaging, I just get the same canned response about violating "acceptable use" with no clear explanation of exactly what that means.
How does one resolve such a situation?
