Account permanently blocked post review

Hello, If anyone can please help me I signed up for a new account and uploaded whatever documents were needed with paypal also verified completely, some how post review after couple for months my account shows its permanently blocked by paypal now .....what should i do??

Sadly if its a permanent limitation then not a lot you can do about it.
