We have a relatively new account with a few thousand pounds paid into it.  We have a notification saying more information needed about our account.  When we click the notification it comes up "Confirm your information" and I click the resolve button.  It then says thank you for providing the required information, we will get back to you within a few working days...even though I have not provided anything additional!  The notification remains and I have clicked through this dozens of times now.

I have emailed customer services.  No reply.

I have called several customer services several times.  Each time, the automated voice says it will put me through to someone to deal with account limitations and the phone rings for 60 seconds before the line goes dead.  This has been going on for a week now.

This is abysmal customer service.  We are left with no way to resolve this situation with thousands of pounds locked in our account and no information.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
Freephone from a UK landline or UK mobile number.

WHEN YOU GET THROUGH DON'T SELECT ANY OPTIONS JUST SAY 'AGENT' A FEW TIMES.

Thanks but that is what I have done several times.  It always says putting you through to someone and then the phone rings for 60 secs before cutting out.  Really frustrating!
