Okay, I have been using PayPal for a long time now, until about 2 weeks ago. My account got permanently "limited" I called support, they failed to provide me with the "why" for why my account has been limited. is there anything I can do to get access to my account again? Or even just learn what got my account banned forever??? I use my paypal for my business so it is a huge damper to see that I can't use the horrible service and they can't even provide a reason:( .

Sadly they never give you a reason, guess because it would make no difference to their decision anyway.
Normally you have broken their acceptable use policy or user agreement in 'some' way.
Advice is voluntary.
