Account limitations

I have had nothing but problems with PayPal since I opened my account. I have messaged you I don't know how many times to explain my problem. Each time they said it would be resolved if I c completed certain steps I completed these steps and each time I did another problem arose even after calling PayPal two or three time and them telling me what to do to straighten out my account I did it I have done everything they told me to do and still it gets worse now I can't even use my account is there anything I can do to convince you people that isn't my account and no one else goes in it but me and if they do is my concern because if they do I have given them permission to do so what good is an account if you cannot use it I have done nothing wrong or broken any rules to deserve this kind of action from PayPal hey there anyone else I can speak to to resolve this issue you have told me did I have done things wrong when I have not everything I did was what you guys told me to do and also you said you would have it picked each time I report a problem but you never did it's about time somebody that knows what they're doing contacts me to straighten out the mess that you made not me thank you

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
