So PayPal has decided to steal what little bit of money I have in my account and not allow me access to MY OWN MONEY saying my account is limited and I have to provide credit card statements for cards that i no longer even have before I can use my account for anything. I have provided everything they request, but how the hell do I provide statements for cards that i no longer have or use? And these **bleep** don't have a human to call.
