So I reported unauthorized transactions got my card deactivated bought a prepaid paypal card and it won't let me add money to it. Now on top of that I have account limitations and ask me to type in my ss number so I do and it says something like they can't accept it because it's not of business editu or something like that. So how cam I resolve if it won't let me even put my ss number in there
