Account limitations

Hi my account says I have limitations and I can’t resolve it. When I email I just get an automatic email. When I try to get rid of the limitations all I can find is something where I need to put in a passport photo. Can anyone help how to resolve the account limitations? Thanks

If Paypal are asking for i.d then why not just do as requested?

Well if you don't supply i.d. and they can't verify you then your account may be limited permanently.

Why not give c.s. a call and see if you can resolve things?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
