Account limitations

I need my account closure date. And also the phone number I call when my 180 days are up

They restricted my account too, and they say i "might" have violated user agreement, and so they restrict me completely without a Specific reason, saying that after 180 days they will send email that has instructions any funds i have left on my account(20$).can something be done, or is it a lifetime ban w/o parole? Can you help?

Im having the same problem,but have done nothing wrong,think alot of people in same boat
