Dear Paypal manager i recently created an account on Paypal and linked my visa card It worked and took 1$ from the card and return it back . I received payment from Airbnb, then wanted to withdraw the money to my visa card it didnt let me (says error) and then my account got frozen Please help Thank you
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
However if its a permanent limitation? then sadly nothing you can do about it.
