Account limitation

My account has been limited since January, I have sent every single document I could find regarding my address, all of them have been rejected for ridiculous reasons i.e. document is too hard to read, document contains a PO box instead of an address, and my name does not match. I have been trying to get in contact with support for a week now and have no answer. I'm sorry but this is ridiculous, I have sent everything from internet bills to gas bills to a tenancy contract, I shouldn't have to share this information online in the first place. The customer service is non-existent, I can't even close this account anymore, I even made sure that my addresses match the ones on the bills to the letter. Please either get a better system to verify documents or another method of removing account limitations because this really isn't worth the headache, not to mention that it's nearly impossible to actually talk to a customer service rep, thankfully I don't have any money in the account. I also don't understand how in the 10 years that I have been using this account none of this was required but now all of a sudden it is, PayPal needs to fix this nonsense immediately or people are going to find alternatives like I am doing now.
