I tried to add a virtual bank account to my PayPal. So my PayPal account got limited. PayPal asked for a bank statement. To unlimit the account. I cannot provide a bank statement because it's a virtual account made on a website (Payoneer). This problem persists for more than 2 years. I have sent a million emails to PayPal to clarify my situation and no reply. Please help me I don't know what to do?
