Hey PayPal help team, Help me activating the account. It appears that it's limited from a long time ago . Now I added a card and confirmed it but the account maybe has a mistake.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
