Account limitation and unable to provide business and charity information

I cannot provide any business and charity information to remove my limitation. I'm from Indonesia and selling secondhand clothes via grailed. Paypal requests government issued business information and charity information.  since I only run a very tiny business and not registered or under any organisation, what am I suppose to upload? I messaged and phoned customer service without any resolution.

Oh no! Limitations can definitely be frustrating. I would advise providing whatever you can that relates to what we're requesting for the restriction, and if we need additional details, we'll email you to let you know what we're looking for.
