Account limitation and Debit Card(How to provide Monthly Statement?)

Hello everyone,

I recently tried to update my Debit Card's expiration date and Paypal limited my account.

Among other proof, they request for my Credit Card's monthly statement, even though the card linked is a Debit one.

It is also shown as a Debit in my account.

My bank does not issue such statements for Debit cards. What alternative proof can I send them?

Linking a new card, a credit one this time and providing them with the statement they ask would work?
