Account is locked, but no information of needed documents

Hello, how are you all doing?

My business PayPal account got temporarily locked, and I'm supposed to send some documents to PayPal which are specified in a email they sent.

The problem is that I never received this list. I've searched all my folders, all my email accounts just in case, but nothing.

I've already reached to PayPal support about this issue via twitter, but they really could not tell me anything.
