To lift the limitation, PayPal asked me to confirm my card and submit proof of address. I already confirmed my card. It was resolved. I also submitted proof of address but after two weeks it still says "submitted for review". I've sent numerous emails but PayPal just send templated responses. I am not dumb. I followed the instructions. What I wanted to know is how long will it take before they review the proof I submitted and limitation on my account be lifted. Am I waiting for nothing? It's so frustrating. I am expecting payments but cannot use my account. Anyone here with the same experience?
