Hi, my account got limited after my friend paid me for a holiday. He was paying his half and immediately after the money arrived, my account was limited. I have never had an issue like this in the past. I proceeded to try and verify my details but I unfortunately don't have access to any of the listed documents the mention (Utility Bill, Tax return). I live at home (i'm still a student) with my parents and don't have any utility bills in my name that I receive in paper form (what bills I do have are just sent online).
I raised this with paypal support but all I receive is their robotic answers not helping at all. What can I do? Has anyone had this occur to them also before?
