Account has been locked but I have money in it.

I got this when trying to resolve my limatation:

You can no longer use PayPal

At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We've noticed activity in your account that's inconsistent with our User Agreement and therefore can no longer offer you PayPal services.

(Not sure why as I provided everything they were after)

Anyway I have around $50 in the account and I'm not sure how to take it out???
