I'm very frustrated that I'm getting a loan from a friend. Also, my account gets frozen.? I can well not understand that. And Paypal, have not been able to give me an answer? to what I have done wrong,:because your standard answer is just the same to everyone else. It just does not quite fit my incident so there fore I am writing again to get an employee to explain to me what is wrong in borrowing some money. Without closing my account? Best regards Jamnan

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
