Account frozen

I sold a 10 year old computer on ebay. The buyer paid by Paypal.  I can see the money is in my account but Paypal wont release it until I send a receipt for it. But it is over a decade old and I have no receipt. What can I do ?  None of the unhelpful 'help' functions provide any help at all.

Do you mean the funds are being held under the new seller hold and paypal release earlier when you supply a tracking number?
