Hello everyone,
today my account got closed at the age of 22 because apparently it was made when I was 16. I never really used the paypal account until last 2 years and now I had to fully verify it, they closed it because I wasn't 18 when I made the account. I messaged paypal support but I don't expect any useful answer as they never really do. I hope I can get this resolved but if that is not possible, I just asked them to at least let me delete my email adresses and my bank account from this paypal. If they don't even let me do that, I will have to make 7 new emails, let every contact in those emails know I changed. I would have to open a new bank account just so I could link it to a new paypal. This just seems ridiculous, all cause I made the account 6 years ago.
Is anyone here who has been through a similar situation and got help from paypal? Or will they just leave it at **bleep** you and bye?
