Hello guys! I got my account restricted and paypal support told me to create another paypal account. I created another one but unfortunately I can't add my IBAN because is on my first account. The problem is that I can't delete my first account or remove the cards and IBANs. I have 0$ balance I tried to contact support but I didn't get any response. Hope you can help me somehow.
