Account being deactivated

Paypal are saying that I am unable to use my account anymore as i breeched the rules when i first joined. I am now over 18 and wish to continue to use their services is there anyway that this is possible without having to start a new account.

My account was closed.I gave my son my credit card info to pay for a product that I bought
