Account and veryfying home adress

I am getting a moderate warning or so, according to my profile, that I am limited. I need to prove, that I am living on this adress.

However, I am under government benefits, and the household shares two names. One is an instance who gives people who live on theyr own help. (I am autistic, so I get outpatient counseling, and its part of the contract that they are the main owners of the house till the contract expires.)  Its only in 1.5 years that I will get the full name on my adress.

Now, It says I am limited in how much I can send, which is all fine, but how else do I prove I live here? I have given my ID, and such, social number.

So in usage, since I dont use paypal that much, will my account be in dangour or is it all fine?

If you have something that was mailed to you from your bank or the from the government that matches the address in your PayPal account, that might be suitable to PayPal.

Thank you for your answer, but is it a must? Thats what I am asking,It would save me alot of hassle right now. When I get out of the economical leadership in 1.5 years, I wont have such trouble. I dont mind if I am limited in withdraw or depositing. Is it just for that or will that have long term consequences?

I believe this is required because of CIP rules.
