Account Restrcited/Limited!

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if someone can help me with my account being limited/restricted?

To give some context. I sell my pre-owned clothes on Depop and have been making a ton of sales since I've posted a bunch of listings.

For about 90% of my sales I provide tracking information for, for the other 10% of sales, the buyer chose to do no tracking and for me to send it via letter mail for a cheaper shipping fee.

I uploaded proof of identity, details on my depop account and tracking numbers, but i'm unable to provide proof of fulfillment for the products, since they are literally clothes i've owned for years...

Anyone has any tips for me?

Probably you because you have a business account and so everything on that account would be viewed as a business sale.

If you were selling second hand or personal items then why didn't you use a personal account to do so?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

@kernowlass

I wasn't aware at the time when I made the account. Selling pre-owned items via Depop is technically a business/transactional sale.

I also want to be ensured buyer/seller protection.

However, do you know if there's a way to switch from Business to Personal?

Thanks again@
