Account Problem

Received an email earlier on from Paypal saying they need information regarding my Paypal account and they proceeded on to show me a list which I have to resolve all before they give back access to my account. Everything is fine but I'm not sure what they require for proof of fulfilment as well as purchase receipt from supplier as it's not like the sender was a buyer/supplier. I was just receiving money from an overseas friend. I don't usually use Paypal so I don't know what went wrong.

It sounds like that your account is limited/restricted. In most cases, you can find options to resolve the limitation in the Resolution Center. If you've already checked the Resolution Center and still need help, please do contact us via options available in our website so we can have a closer look at the situation.
