I been a PayPal user for years, recently I made a purchase 3 purchases from 1.5K USD each one of them was cancelled by the seller as he did not have the item any more, hence provided me a refund. Conveniently Paypal limited my account just upon getting the refund and stated that the refund wont be given back to my credit card until the account limitation is removed.
I have provided ALL the information they requested, even send them multiple messages but they WONT REPLY not remove the limitation even after submitting the information, they are completely ignoring it. Even tried calling paypal but due to COVID their customer service line is not working.
I'm thinking about seeking a lawyer as none of the reason as per why they could limit an account apply to me, but they are just not replying. its been 5 days....
Anyone having the same issue? Seems like a real scam having paypal just Conveniently denying to refund my original form of payment.
