Hi, I am in China now and am about to leave home to my home country later this month. I have previously used Paypal to send money to my other paypal account linked to my home country. on my first time, it asked me to complete KYC and prove my identity and address which i already did. Now I am trying to transfer money again and it is asking me once again to confirm my identity (very frustrating) it asked me to go to resolution centre and complete KYC, but there is no open case ( I followed the link provided in the email from paypal) when i use the help function to take me to KYC to prove my identity, it just takes me back to the home page. HELP Please, i need to transfer money before my flight, i cant return to my country with all my money locked away in a chinese bank.
Why is Paypal asking me to confirm my identity again? and why wont it let me confirm my identity? This is very urgent.
