Account Limited but nothing to Fix???

My account is limited but there is nothing to fix going round in circles and not getting a decent reply to messages other than refer to FAQ's which I have searched in vain how to unlimit my account.

Also a limit of $60 000.00 withdrawal limit that was never asked for seems awfully large and there is no way to reduce it only increase it - is Paypal for real?

If anyone has any ideas why or how to correct this would be good as messages are a waste of time.
