Alright, I understand that I am obviously in the wrong for creating a PayPal account under 18 when I knew the restrictions so I don't need someone to come on here and repeat this to me and whip out the fact I lied about my age, I get that. Now that's covered, I have a balance on PayPal (which I would have transferred earlier if I knew this would happen) and I want to get it transferred but because my account is limited I can't transfer, what can I do from here? Would it be possible to transfer it to a parents PayPal or even a bank account if I contact customer service, any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
