Account Limited - But Form to Reinstate Not Working

Hi everyone,

We used PayPal on our website which sells CBD products, without realising that it was against their terms and have therefore had our account limited.  Fair enough - and I have now removed PayPal as one of the payment processors.  However, the screen that you have to go into in order to submit your case doesn't work!  Firstly, they want me to submit some "additional information documents" and they say that I will be able to see what documents are required by consulting my email.  I have checked the email they sent me and there is no mention of any documents required.  So I've done a screenshot showing my checkout cart, showing that PayPal is no longer there.

But it's the second part that is making me crazy.  They ask you for your website address, which I have put in.  Then they ask you if you have removed the offending products.  I choose no, and it gives me a text box to explain.  So I type in there that I have removed PayPal as a payment processor for the site site.  When I click Submit, I get the below error:

So I try the other option of saying that I HAVE removed the items, and I get THIS error:

So no matter what I enter into this form, I am unable to submit it?  Looks like I can't email them and I can't instant message them.  I just tried to CALL them and my call disappeared into a black hole.

Any ideas???  This is crazy stuff!
