Hello can anyone help me paypal is asking me some documents abt my business but i dont have any buss i try to edit may buss profile but it wont let me change it individual and use paypal to pay and send money only its really frustrating hoping anyone can give me suggestions on what to do thank you in advance

Ceate a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Also request that they downgrade your paypal account to a personal account for you. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
