so basically I opened an account but put the DOB in wrong format, so I closed the account and created new one with correct DOB but Paypal put a limitation on my account, it asked me to verify my identification, since my national identity card is in my native language, I uploaded the notary verified translated identity card, will that work? Or is it not enough?
